Definitely one of our most moving leavers’ plays, The Fiddler on the Roof tackles themes such as racism, feminism, and deep-rooted cultural traditions. The Year 6 girls rose to the occasion, managing unlikely characterisations, full scale bottle dancing, and 3 part haunting melodies, all accompanied by a mere Year 6 girl, playing her violin in the eponymous role.
Our girls performed to a sell – out crowd on 2 nights towards the end of June and received a well – deserved standing ovation for their performances.
