On Wednesday 16th January Year 1 visited Twickenham Fire Station. For Topic this term the girls are learning about the Local Area and jobs people have. The girls met Firefighter Kay who told them all about fire safety and what to do if you ever come across a fire. Year 1 then split into two groups and were able to explore the fire engine, look at equipment and even squirt the hose. It was a fantastic morning trip and we would like to thank Twickenham Firefighters for accommodating the girls, staff and parent helpers, we had a superb time.
