Based on the traditional tale of the Pied Piper, the Year 5 girls enjoyed learning the beautiful melodies of the play, with their catchy rhythms, whilst bringing to life the Villagers of Hamelin town, from “way back, a long time ago.” The girls did amazingly as they learned and presented avery polished, beautifully sung and acted performance with excellent comic timing. Not only did this show prove an excellent lesson in History and folklore for the girls, but it also shared an important message to their audience with regards to being true to your word. After all, “A promise is a promise.” The show was recorded for families to enjoy at home.
