School Life

After School Care

After School Care is available at the school for any period of time from 3.15 until 6pm each weekday. The care is provided by a full time manager, supported by at least one teaching assistant or teacher each day. This provision is invaluable for working parents, for those with other children with complicated after school commitments and for parents who just need after school care on an ad hoc basis on some days.

Girls will be given a healthy, home-made snack with a drink on fruit on arrival. Older pupils will have a quiet space in which to do homework before enjoying some of the different games, creative activities or puzzles set out each day. After five o’clock, girls may also use the library, hall and playground to have even more space before their parents sign them out.
