Admissions Process

The Old Vicarage School welcomes girls regardless of their nationality, religion or ethnicity.

There are two main entry points - one for our Nursery, Little Vic, and one for Reception. The girls who have attended Little Vic will get priority for places in Reception. Entry to both Little Vic and Reception is non-selective, meaning that there is no assessment for entry.

Sibling priority is given and after this places are offered according to date of registration for the year of admission.

Occasional place lists for all other year groups are kept in the eventuality a place becomes available. Girls entering Year 1 and above spend a morning with us where we will check that the girls are able to access the cirriculum and ensure that the school’s educational facilities meet their needs.

To apply, please register your daughter as soon as possible. Please complete the registration form below and email the signed form along with a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate to our Head of Admissions and Marketing, Anna Myerscough a.myerscough@oldvicarageschool.com.

The form contains details on how to pay the £120 (including VAT) registration fee.
